- Unused and Flawless: The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of flaws.
- Original Packaging: Include the original tags, user manual, and all accessories.
- Packaging and Labeling: Return in undamaged manufacturer packaging with the attached return shipping label. Avoid tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.
- Time Limit: Exchange within 7 days of purchase.
- Exclusions: Burned or misused products are not eligible for exchange.
